the Weird Wally Cartoon Animation Software Development Toolkit for
Windows 95/NT.

The Weird Wally SDK allows programmers to easily include cartoon
animation in their own programs. This toolkit includes the Weird 
Wally Toon File Editor, the Wally96.dll animation library and a 
small sample C program demonstrating all the available dll functions.

You may freely distribute this Shareware version of the Wally96.dll
animation library with your program, only under the conditions as
specified in the included SDK Help file.

To install this SDK on your computer now, simly run WallySDK.exe.
